Shipping policy
The Baseball Shop can ship to any address in the EU, CH or UK.
A shipping date is not a deadline as long as there is no specific other agreement in place. In case of late shipments, the buyer can write us and propose an achievable shipping date at info@the-baseball-shop.com.
As long as there is no other written agreement in place, shipping takes place from our warehouse in Berlin (Ex Works) after the full payment of the invoice.
Production Time
All orders can be produced within 3 to 10 weeks from the moment when the payment is visible on our Bank Account. It will depend on the item or the manufacture.
Shipping
Please take into consideration that most of the third-party curriers don’t dispatch either on holidays or weekends.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Baseball Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Baseball Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
